Matrix SDT is a local advocacy provider operating for over 20 years in Surrey and Slough. We are a small, dedicated team committed to ensuring that people who use local health and social care services have their voice heard, and are able to direct those services to meet their needs.
We are seeking to employ an Administrative and Referral Assistant.
They will:
assist by acting as the first point of contact for new referrals
take referrals from professionals, primarily by email
include calls direct from clients in Slough
ensure the eligibility criteria are met
record the advocacy intervention as required in Excel.
provide administrative support to the management team and referrals processes.
Previous admin experience is required, including Outlook, Word and Excel experience.
A passion for supporting our work with vulnerable people and their carers / relatives is essential.
This is an opportunity to bring your administrative skills to our not-for-profit organisation, and help direct and strengthen the administrative infrastructure and so support our advocates in their endeavours to advocate for our clients.
